Shipping Time

  • As most items are custom-made to size and stock is kept minimal, shipping time is approximately 12 working days.

  • Please factor this time into your purchase decision.

No Return or Refund

  • Each item is custom-made specifically for individual customers.

  • Returns or refunds due to a change of mind are not accepted under any circumstances

Defect Claims

  • If your product arrives with a defect, you must report the issue within 3 days of delivery.

  • Claims must include clear documentation of the defect (e.g., photos).

  • Claims made after 3 days from delivery will not be processed.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for defective items.

Warranty Coverage

  • Every purchase includes a TOTEMS Warranty Card, which must be retained to access after-care services.

  • TOTEMS provides unlimited after-care service exclusively to customers who present a valid Warranty Card.

  • Warranty-related shipping fees, including return shipping, are the responsibility of the customer.
